With the payment plan, your remaining balance (after the $100 nonrefundable deposit) will be split into equal installments that will be automatically charged to your bank account on the 15th of each month after registration. Please note that all camp fees must be paid in full by April 15th.

If you need to make other arrangements, please register and sign up for the payment plan first, then reach out to us at info@marannook.org and we’ll be glad to help.

If you pay in full you will receive a 5% discount for each participant.

Cancellations made on or before May 15, 2026 will receive a refund of all payments made, minus the $100 deposit. After May 15, 2026 no refunds will be issued*. Please email info@marannook.org to cancel a registration.

*Please contact us of there is a medical, family, or other uncontrollable emergency.

In the event you are registered for camp and do not show up on drop off day, we will not issue a refund. You will also forfeit the ability to register early the following summer.

Any lack of participation in off site activities due to the declination of third-party waivers will not constitute grounds for a refund.
