Calling All Campers
Payment Options
You must select either the pay in full or payment plan.

Payment Plan
With the payment plan, your remaining balance (after the nonrefundable deposit) will be split into equal installments that will be automatically charged to your bank account on the 15th of each month after registration. Please note that all camp fees must be paid in full by March 15th.
If you need to make other arrangements, please register and sign up for the payment plan first, then reach out to us at info@marannook.org and we’ll be glad to help.
Scholarship Details
Scholarships must be applied for. No scholarships will be approved after paying in full.
For the past five years, Marannook has offered flat discounts, and we’ve held our summer pricing steady for three years despite a lot of change around us. This year, we’re moving away from flat discounts and toward need-based camperships. This shift lets us steward our resources well and help where it’s needed most. Scholarships are still available upon request.

Refunds & Cancellations
To request a refund or cancel a registration please email info@marannook.org.
Cancellations
Cancellations made on or before April 30, 2027 will receive a refund of all payments made, minus the nonrefundable deposit. After April 30, 2027 no refunds will be issued*. Please email info@marannook.org to cancel a registration.
*Please contact us of there is a medical, family, or other uncontrollable emergency.
No Show
In the event you are registered for camp and do not show up on drop off day, we will not issue a refund. You will also forfeit the ability to register early the following summer.
2 Week Camp
Any lack of participation in off site activities due to the declination of third-party waivers will not constitute grounds for a refund.
