Calling All Campers
You must select either the pay in full or payment plan.

Our payment plan consists of 6 installments, if registered in October. Each payment will be processed on the 15th day of the month starting November 15th and ending April 15th. If you register after October you will be charged on the 15th of each remaining months!
Pay in Full
If you pay in full you will receive a 5% discount for each participant.
Discount codes must be applied before the camp balance is paid in full.
Scholarships must be applied for. No scholarships will be approved after paying in full.
Refunds & Cancellations
To request a refund or cancel your reservation please email email@example.com.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel a registration. If you cancel your camp registration more than 30 days before the start date of your camper session you will receive a 90% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations 30 days or less before the session start date will not be issued a refund.*
*Please contact us of there is a medical, family, or other uncontrollable emergencies.
In the event you are registered for camp and do not show up on drop off day, we will not issue a refund. You will also forfeit the ability to register early the following summer.
2 Week Camp
Any lack of participation in off site activities due to the declination of third-party waivers will not constitute grounds for a refund.
Oct 17th at 10am – Campers from summer 2023 will be able to enroll.**
Oct 19th at 10am – Campers from summer 2023 waitlist will be able to enroll. **
Oct 24th at 10am – Registration will open to the public.
